Approach R10 and CT10 sensors

Does the Approach R10 work in conjunction with CT10 sensors (either alone or on my Approach S62 watch) so that club selection is automatically displayed in the Garmin Golf App when using the Approach R10?

The sensors require a compatible Garmin Golf product to allow for ANT+ connection, along with the capability to manage and pair sensors through a menu screen directly, that is non-app based.. The R10 currently…

The Approach R10 is not compatible for use with the Approach CT-10 club tracking sensors. The value of features currently offered for the R10 are still an amazing value compared to the cost of other brands…

+1 for this feature. I have a full set of CT10s and would like for the Golf Sim app to recognize what club I am using when my watch does.

I would also be interested in this compatibility between CT10 and R10. I have all the sensors already and have pre-ordered the R10. It seems like a no brainer to have the two work together as they are a part of the same ecosystem of products. They both already work in the Golf app so why wouldn't they work together at the same time?

This was my immediate thought when I first saw it released and the only uncertainty holding me back form getting one. I'm already in garmin's golf ecosystem, lock me in by having the devices work together!

I did check this with Garmin and they said that the systems where not compatible, at least not yet

If Garmin could connect the CT10 and R10 for a home simulator I would buy this so fast. It May seem like overkill but having played on my friend's simulator it's annoying having to switch between clubs. Would be great if the CT10 could at least activate the club being used. Also would gladly buy the S62 watch. Very excited about this entire development. Very excited about this level of connectivity!

Yes I have the S62, CT10 sensors and the R10. Further integration between the devices would be desired and logical!
