Hi Garmin,
Do you intend to create software for PC platform?
I just want to connect R10 to the projector via PC like it is in case of Skytrak.

Would be nice if this was possible. We use Surface Pro so have no need for a android or apple tablet. It would just add to the cost.
This is what The Golf Club 2019 could do, without Garmin having to write their own software, only the interface to TGC 2019, or purchase the interface license to the software? There's another post here asking if TGC will be integrated and it seems they are considering it.
they need to do something i had an optishot 2 and they had their own software and they are nowhere near the size of garmin. something needs to be done to acomodate a simulator/pc i have tried to set up with e6 software but its way to complicated TGC 2019 would be ideal. i dont mind paying a subscription but there are zero optiond at this moment in time
6 months and no response from Garmin on this question? I got the r10 about two weeks ago but haven't been able to hook it up to my home simulator setup because I cant connect to my PC. I almost pulled the trigger on the $300 e6 connect license until I saw other forums saying people are unable to connect even though it is advertised to work. Anyone have a recent update on expected fix times??
I got the e6 and use it all the time with the Garmin R10. You have to use the Garmin app to connect to the R10 then choose e6 from the Golf Sim in the app. Your phone and your PC have to be on the same wireless network for it to work. There are some missed shot sometimes but works well enough for me. I would suggest doing a demo version of e6 and try it out before you buy it. You can set the elevation in e6 which fixes the distance issues with the Garmin apps.
Thanks for the confirmation. I signed up for the demo and will see if I can get it all connected.
You could try GSPro. It's very good, but it depends on your graphics card how well it runs. They don't offer a trial but do offer a 7 day full refund if you don't like it, or incompatible.
when downloading E6, it asked for manufacturer and model. im assuming for the launch monitor but garmin isnt an option. should i just select a random one or how does that work for install purposes?
Below is a link to the Garmin Support page showing how to connect the Approach R10 to the e6 Connect PC platform:
