Garmin G80 has stopped saving scorecards.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have reset the device to its factory settings. Neither of my last two rounds are showing up after syncing, nor on the Garmin website when I connect my G80. The device just doesn't appear to be saving them when I end my round and select 'save'.

Is there a limit on how many rounds can be saved or something? My last two years of rounds are all still showing, I just can't save a new one. I just tried filling out a fake round and made sure to save it, still not showing up on the app, or website.

In Settings there should be an option to reset all data that should fix this. I think you need to reconnect the device after such a reset.

Another option is to delete the scorecard files on the G80 while connected to a computer, check the folder Garmin/Data/Scorecards.

Ensure you have recently synced the Approach G80, to ensure any scorecards that can possible transfer, will transfer to your Garmin account for viewing through the Garmin Golf app, or through Garmin Connect web.

Review the Maximum Number of Scorecards That an Approach Can Hold Garmin Support page, and then follow the instructions on the How to Delete Scorecards From an Approach support page to resolve the concern per what @Andreas suggested in their comment to the thread.

If I unpair the device from Bluetooth, then pair it again, it will sync new scorecards, but I'm having to do this every time to get it to sync, otherwise it won't.

I am having the same problem, all scorecards from May 22nd on will not sync to app or connect. I chatted online with a CSR a few weeks back, got it to work for a fake round but no live rounds since.

Even when you connect to a computer via usb the sync only last 10 seconds or less and no new scorecards are added when you check Garmin Connect. Garmin there must be a software issue since May 22nd.

My recommendation is to contact Garmin Support to discuss the issue. It would be best for them to get the issue from you over the phone because it sounds like something specific to hardware space, or login expired on Garmin Express through the computer.

Same here too. Scorecards have stopped syncing in the last week or so via Bluetooth, but they do when I connect via USB to my laptop. Sounds like an app issue, so hopefully it can be resolved soon.

Make sure that your Garmin G80 device has sufficient storage space to save new rounds. You can typically find information about the available storage capacity in the device settings or user manual [link removed]

Two possible fixes. 1. Update the cards in the app frequently. I have seen that when there is a backlog the app does not update. 2. Go to the Bluetooth menu in IPhone and check of the device is connected. Sometimes iPhone does not connect to the device and hence the chain from the device to the app is broken.
