unable to update

I have tried to update my g80 using garmin express but keep failing to find my device. I am using the usb provided with the unit but whenever it searches for the device it fails

  • Hello, does the computer see the device? Does it show up as a drive? If not, have you tried a different USB cable? The cable isn't specific to us so any data USB cable should work.
