How do i upgrade to software 3.40? currently on 3.10

Hi, my Approach G80 ASIA is on 3.10 and garmin express says that i'm up to date. But I know the latest version is already 3.40.

How do i update it to 3.40?

Ok, after some research, seems like APAC devices are usually slower at receiving updates. But it's ridiculous that APAC is 3 versions behind. 3.20 has been out for a long time.
