I am overall very happy with my G80. I think it is a fantastic device. I do superspeed golf speed training and was very happy when Garmin released the most recent firmware that shows swing speed and tempo on practice shots (not hitting a ball). This works well with my golf clubs and when doing the superspeed swing sticks. However the max reported swing speed is 114mph on practice swings (not hitting a ball) with both my Driver and the swing sticks.
I am curious what other G80 users are seeing on practice swings and superspeed training. Is anyone else seeing above 114mph or is it possible this is a glitch in the device software?
