Stroke Index change

Hello,

I know this question has been asked but I can't find a more recent reply than 6 months ago.

My course has a change in the stroke index currently showing on the G80. Is there anyway I can adjust this myself?

Hi Chris. Happy New Year.

I have been playing with the Index/Slope handicap on the G80, however, it hasn't changed the stroke index on each hole at the club I am playing.

Is there any way it can be manually changed? I am playing in a Stableford, 4 ball today and it would be great for the G80 to work perfectly, especially as I have been telling my golfing partners how good the device is? It will be noticeable today as all 4 of us have very different handicaps.

Hi Scott. Happy New Year to you too. Here are the steps taken from the G80 Support Center article:

Enabling Handicap Scoring

Touch
Select Settings
Select Scoring
Select Scoring Handicap
Select On

With the handicap turned on, the handicap by player can now be set:

Touch during a round
Select Scorecard
Select for the player to edit
Set the handicap by selecting Local Handicap or Index/Slope Method
