After looking in the G80 manual, I search in the G80 forum, and in several different Google searches and could not find and answer. When you turn on the G80 there are numbers that count up in a red box with an arrow on the left side that is in upper left hand side of the screen. Sometimes these numbers show up randomly while turned on. What are these numbers? Are they the amount of GPS satellites the G80 is connected to?
My G80 turns on so quickly, I cannot even read what is taking place in such super tiny font on the bottom. I doubt they have anything to do with satellites, your G80 will only acquire then when it needs…
What you have pictured are smart notifications. Once you acknowledge them either on your G80 or on your smartphone, those numbers go away.
Thanks for the reply, please see the below two images with the numbers I’m referencing circled in the top left of each image. The first one shows 26 and the next one shows 37 a couple of seconds later. Sometimes they randomly show up while playing a round or warming up. What are these?
