Approach G60 is locked on an 'update' screen after reloading on pc.

I connected my Approach G60 to the PC (windows) with USB for reloading (normally I do this from a plug) and when I disconnected it the G60 is 'locked' on an 'update ' screen, and I cannot switch it off. Any side button I press doesn't chenge the status. Will not connect to my mobile either

Sounds like you disconnected it in the middle of an update which has resulted in a corrupted update file. Does it connect to your PC so you can access the files? If so find and delete gupdate.gcd then see if it works.

thanks. It could be as you say, but it does not connetc to the pc (msg: ' USB device not recognised'). Is theren't a way to 'restart the G60?

No idea, sorry, why not ask in the golf forum or google it? Note if it is a corrupted file a master rest is unlikely to work.

I'll do, thanks. just an explanation : master rest means trying to switch off the watch, correct? so even if I let the battery to die, when I will reload I will end up in the same situation, correct?

No, normally there is a set procedure to follow rather than simply switching off. However i don't have your model so can't help on it, perhaps try google?
