Email customer support

I emailed Garmin support in January and have not received any reply.

I did receive an automated reply telling me that you did receive my email on January 10th.

Is this because Garmin does not value customer feedback?

I was given the feedback email address from Garmin support in Australia and was assured I would get a reply. 

This is pretty poor customer service.

    We do appreciate feedback and we track customer requests. If your email was product feedback without a specific question, the Product Support agent in Australia that read your email, may have chose to not respond but sometimes your email spam filter can divert our email response back to you.
