Hi I Export Wellness Data in Setting under Account Information to read my HRV_STATUS.fit file.
I used https://www.fitfileviewer.com/ to view the fit file and got confused by the value scale.
Does the value represent RR interval? If so, what is the unit of it? It is not reasonable to be ms.
