The user has successfully connected and authorized our application through connectapi.garmin.com.
The user successfully connected at 10:00 AM, August 23, 2024.
I want to resync the user's activities before 10:00 AM, August 23, 2024.
I used the user access_token to search for activities in https://apis.garmin.com/tools/dataViewer and https://apis.garmin.com/tools/summaryResender, but both returned that no data could be found.
Is it true that the access token only works for data after 10:00 AM, August 23, 2024, and cannot be used for data before that time?
Is there a way to resync the user's old activities?
