My triathlon activity file won't upload - can anyone here fix? or advise on how to get it fixed?

Sorry, your file only contains 10 seconds of data records.

It is invalid and rejected by Garmin upload because it does not contain the required summary records.

Ugh, that sounds bad. I have the full data still showing in activities on my watch (swim t1 bike t2 and run - all 6:11). Is there a way to pull that data? Or is everything lost for good? I realize this is a reach but this activity was my first 70.3

If you have most data records on your watch but downloaded just a few, it seems that your problem might have been a bad download. So, if you delete the bad record from Garmin Connect and redownload from your watch, you may get all the data records. If some summary records are missing, they could be recreated.
