Garmin not Ping Webhook when activity uploaded from Wahoo

Hi Supporter,

I have activities (VirtualRide) on Wahoo app
Then I successfully synced to Garmin Connect (attachment).

But I didn't receive Ping webhook from Garmin.
I tried using the User Access Token and accessing tools/dataViewer to find the activity,
but the website reported an error: "Could not find data for this UserAccessToken within the given time range"

I have connected Garmin to Strava, so activities are synchronized successfully through Strava.

3rd party activities that are sync’d to Connect are not sent to other 3rd parties. A few years ago there was a bug that allowed 3rd party activities to be sent to other 3rd parts, but that was fixed in…

3rd party activities that are sync’d to Connect are not sent to other 3rd parties. A few years ago there was a bug that allowed 3rd party activities to be sent to other 3rd parts, but that was fixed in 2020. Questions on Garmin partner programs can be sent to the partner program support team.
