21.126 SDK C++ Session missing Field 188 Primary Training Effect

Hi,

I noticed that the C++ session implementation of the SDK version 21.126 is missing the field 188 "primary training effect", am I correct?

Field 188 of the Session message is not publicly defined in any of the SDKs.

But shouldn't it be defined publicly if Garmin is using it for its own devices? oOherwise the FIT File of a Garmin device can not bei fully decoded.
