neostrack app failed to upload .fit file from giant neostrack gps

Can I use the FIT SDK to solve the upload problem with the following file?

Already downloaded the SDK and did some file verification tests but did not see what's wrong :-(

I am having the same issue too, I have not been able to upload any activity for the past 2 weeks.

any updates, anything i upload via wifi or bluetooth doesnt show on the app. the device also doesnt show up when connected to a PC, rather it just charges

I am still having issues with my uploads but I was also having issue with my PC recognizing my device and I tried a few cables then it showed up, I hope you have other cables you can try.

Got a reply from Carlos - Giant Taiwan "I have already forwarded the NeosTrack sync activities problem to the engineer. They will fix as sooner." Guess that means as soon as possible.

The Giant NeosTrack app is fixed. Fit files are uploading again without a problem.
