The Activity File Validator Tool in the FIT SDK is based on Garmin Connect's business logic. It is unlikely that the missing values causing one test to fail and few to be skipped are the issue for NeosTrack. Most platforms use the Record messages to calculate the values that they depend on.
Try running your file through this tool. It will create a valid Activity file based on the Record messages. If the resulting file still does not upload, then it is probably an issue in one of the Record messages that NeosTrack is having an issue with.

Running the fit file through the activity file repair tool does not solve the upload problem.
The resulting file seems perfect when running through the fit test tool, all failures/skippings are disapeared but the file does not upload :-(
You may want to contact NeosTrack support. I assume the file was created by one of their devices and they may be able to figure out the issue.
The problem persists, upload still fails.
The two hour gap is because I use the Neostrack device for triathlon races. The bike is placed in the transition zone about 2 hours before the bike course is started. When I leave transition to prepare for the swim start, I already start recording on the gps device. I already recorded about 60 races like this and never had an upload problem.
I recorded a new ride today and the fit file also does not upload :-(
Looks more and more like a backend issue.
Anybody an idea how I can contact NeosTrack support for this?

Hi. I have the same problem. For the last couple of days, I've been unable to upload any files from my device to the app or to the computer. After uninstalling the app I could not find the app in the Google store. Look like it is an app that has been removed from there. I can see my ride when I download a .fit file from the device to the computer via a USB cable and upload it to the Strava. App problem by the look of it.
Same here, uploading to Strava without a problem. Got an email address from Giant support Europe. Reported the issue today, I will post it here when I get a response.
