SDK Access Request

To Whom It May Concern,

We are Veris a multinational medical company in Ecuador, we are writing in reference to ask you about a request of smartwatch SDK, we would like to know about the process to access the SDK, on many occasions we sent a request but we have not received any answer, we would appreciate it if you could send me detailed information about these requests, we’ve been waiting an answer for two months.

I think you may have applied for access to either the Heath SDK or Garmin Connect Developer Program. I have passed along your information to those teams to follow up with you.

But we need an specific SDK for companies, the SDK is GARMIN HEALTH SDK STANDARD (developer.garmin.com/.../), we fill a form with information about our company to request in this link https://www.garmin.com/en-US/forms/wellnesspartner/ but we have not received any answer, we’ve been waiting since two months ago.

What has happened is that we submitted the application for the approval letter to GARMIN HEALTH SDK STANDARD two months ago, but we haven’t received any response yet. Thank you for following up with this request. Do you know how long it is going to take for you to get in touch with us?
