I am communicating with you on behalf of a company that offers medical services nationwide in Ecuador. We are setting up a project to monitor chronic patients through parameters obtained from their devices and we have carried out the respecitvo process to request access to the SDK, but it has been two months and we have not yet received a response. How can we know about the status of the application or if there is any other way to request access to the SDKs?
Please help us with this question as the answer about the accesses has stopped the project.
