sport and subsport codes sport=54, subSport=61 sport=52, subSport=generic

I am looking for the following codes for sport and subsport types:

sport=54, subSport=61
sport=52, subSport=generic

I was unable to find it in the current FIT SDK within the profile Spreadsheed

I am also looking for a full list of supported sports. Documentation seems to be missing a bunch of entries. For example:

SUB_SPORT_EXERCISE - Sub-sport for Exercise

SUB_SPORT_CHALLENGE - Sub-sport for a Sport Challenge

Both these Sub-sports are missing the main sport - there is no SPORT_EXERCISE or SPORT_CHALLENGE (as documentation suggests). How can these sports be used?

Also "Stopwatch" sport is missing in documentation. How can it be set up? Brandon.ConnectIQ, would you please help?
