The watch picks up the range finder in the accessories tab but only shows “Vectronix” not “Sig Kilo2400” and will not utilize ranging data from range finder to create a firing solution in the applied ballistics app. I already checked with Sig they say they are waiting on feed back from Garmin.

How come I cannot connect my Sig BDX range finder for use in the Applied Ballistics app with the Tactix Delta?

I recommend contacting the support team again, they should be able to help get things straightened out.

I don’t understand why contacting them again should provide a different result if:

1. They disregarded my first two submissions.

2. Will not provide continued technical support & updates to the product (there are three month old issues on in the forums that are still issues- even though there has been “updates”)

3. Cannot fix the issues because it was never a function from birth- just a marketing statement.

4. Are unable to fix problems because of skill/quality of whom ever is tasked with finding & creating fixes.
