Beginner: how do I get access to "Companion SDK"?

Hi,

I would like to develop an Android application (and then for iOS) that collects real time information from the Garmin watch. This data will be processed by the Android app for different purposes.

How do I gain access to this SDK?
Is there any tutorials to begin from (some basic examples)?

The Health SDKs, both the Standard and Companion versions, are for enterprise use and separate from the FIT SDK.
