develop fitness app with garmin

Hi,

I would like to develop a fitness application with Garmin wearable support, So I need access to Garmin client - side SDK and server-side SDK ,Soo could you please confirm that it is possible and if so, please provide the necessary test documents and credentials to do the feasibility study
