BC 20 nach Softwareupdate von 2.0 auf 2.1 Keine Funktion mehr

Hallo Gemeinde , ich habe auf meinem Camper 760 für die Rückfahrcamera ein Update von 2.0 auf 2.1. Danach war der Bildschirm schwarz.
Kein Pairing mehr möglich.
Hat jemand einen Tip wo ich die Software nochmals runterladen kann , oder auf 2.0 wieder zurückzukehren.
Auch beim Webupdater wird die Software nicht mehr angeboten.

Can I use English? I can read and understand German!

I seem to have the exact same problem with my 760 camper and the BC20 camera I just bought. No image just black. Not possible to pair it again.

Did you ever manage to solve the problem?

Hello Peter,

(un)furtunatly my device had still warrenty, so it was completly (Camera & Navigation) exchanged by Garmin. I have therefor no solution for you. IF your camera still have warrenty you should contact their support as well.
