Indoor laufen Treadmill

Need some help

Pace / Frequenz (Steps per minutes) since 4 weeks wrong. I have problems with vivoactive 3 and Connect mobile. In the case of alternative speed on the treadmill, the signal is lost at the higher frequency, and instead of (example) 140-180 steps per minutes, more than 60% of the measuring points are recorded at 75-85 spm. Outdoor Running (with GPS) is recorded correctly with Vivoactive 3. With the Vivoactive HR the recording was correct as well.

Pace / Frequenz (Schritte pro Minute) seit 4 Wochen falsch. Ich habe Probleme mit vivoactive 3 und Connect mobile. Im Falle einer alternativen Geschwindigkeit auf dem Laufband geht das Signal bei der höheren Frequenz verloren und anstelle von (Beispiel) 150-180 Schritten pro Minuten werden mehr als 60% der Messpunkte bei 75-85 spm aufgezeichnet. Out- door Running (mit GPS) wurde mit Vivoactive 3 korrekt aufgezeichnet. Mit dem Vivoactive HR war auch die Aufnahme korrekt.

Hat niemand eine Aufnahme von Connect mobil (Schrittfrequenz/ Pace, mit VIVOACTIVE 3)
