How to enable Training Effect on Edge 1000?

Hi, how do we enable TE on Edge 1000 as I don't see this in Garmin Connect post sync? It works fine when Garmin Fenix sync activity to Garmin Connect but not from Edge 1000. Appreciate guidance.
