So I've really fallen off the wagon this year. Partly work stress but we also had our third child in Feb... so yeah. Anyways I've been finding it increasingly difficult to even find the motivation and energy to work out never mind finding the time. One thing I've always enjoyed was the combination of functional strength and cardiovascular conditioning that kettlebell training offers. Historically I've combined kettlebells, body weight and barbell training into the same workout. Ideally focusing on different things each day, though recently if I can get myself downstairs and get after it I just try to do the most generalized workout to keep in a minimal level of fitness.Where I am going with this is that I would like to develop a simple, effective routine utilizing the kettlebell to try to maintain strength and fitness levels with minimal free time available. Ideally, it would also be a new-to-me routine to help combat some boredom or staleness. Any suggestions? I'd welcome specifics or good reference sources!
