Anyone having issues where the pedal bodies aren’t spinning freely on the spindles?

Pedal bodies don’t orientate to make clipping in easy. Thought it may free up after a few kms but while a little better not what I’d expected.

No stiffer than I would expect from new bearings. I do however find clipping in extremely difficult due to very high spring tension, even on lowest setting.
