Is there any way of fixing this file? In my ride history on my Garmin it reads the correct distance and time, etc, but when uploaded to strava it is corrupted. It only shows a few km from the start of the ride. Is there any way of exporting the correct data from my Garmin?

The file is only 8 kb, which typically means there is a lot of data missing. In this case it is only 3.5 km. You should also check for files within the \Garmin\TempFIT folder.

Thanks for your help - it has fixed the file but yes the majority of the ride isn't there. Not sure what caused the error but appreciate your help.
