Dieser Service ist bei meinem Windows 8.1 unter "Dienste" eingetragen und wird dort wie folgt beschrieben: "Keeps the software and content on your Garmin devices and the Garmin software on your PC up to date".
Das Startverhalten kannst Du einstellen: automatisch, manuell und deaktiviert. Bei mir ist es auf "automatisch" eingestellt und ich erhalte keine derartige Meldung.
