execution 1%

How does Garmin calculate this measure?

I have new Garmin 965 (3 months), no Garmin Coach active, No run workouts defined, No Training Plans created; I am 76yo, run 7 mi daily (weekday) and 9 mi (weekend days).

Vo2 is 43 superior, hrv balanced, sleep score good, Training Status Productive, Training Readiness Poor, Recovery Time High.

As I understand execution % is a measure of deviation (high or low) from training recommendations.

What are the training recommendations? Where on the watch or GC are they listed? Can they be changed? and most important how are they generated (triggered) since I have no specific Garmin Coach or detailed training plan specified to compare?

Does Garmin calculate execution automatically by heart rate (which appears to be good); or by Training readiness (poor) and Recovery time (high)?

If so how does Garmin calculate training readiness poor and recovery time high?

thanks

Per Garmin documentation, it appears recovery time is a function of profile and heart rate (primarily). Can I presume that the Garmin auto detect is reasonable accurate at determining max heart rate?

Do I presume that profile, max and resting heart rate and "Garmin analytics" generate averages, that determine appropriate recovery time, which then creates training status, which the generates training recommendations (like rest day); which then generate a execution %?

Thats what it is appearing to me.

Next question: how accurate does the community think these recommendations are?
