Invalid error on Triathlon activity

Hi everyone,

I ran a sprint tri yesterday and have an error on the bike portion. I see the error on my watch, preventing it to load to the connect app. How do i remove this part of the multi activity

Uhr an den PC anschließen. Die .fit Datei finden. Und dann mit einem fit Tool versuchen zu retten.

There is an error in the file, 2 bike sections

Assuming you already tried this and received an error message in Garmin Connect Web? - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Zip then attach the fit file to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

I had to make some assumptions regarding your split times.
