liveevent doesn't work

Hi all, today I tested the LiveEvent feature, but it doesn't send messages. I have an Android phona and it is connected to the watch, but no messages are send. What can be the solution?

Vor ein paar Wochen war das einfach ein Fehler bei Garmin. Ob der mittlerweile behoben wurde weiß ich nicht. Schaut aber erst mal nicht so aus.

I updated my forerunner 965 today and still does not work

Da das Server basiert ist, hat das vermutlich nichts mit der Software Version auf der Uhr zu tun.
