Question on Training Effect, Recovery time and Daily suggested workouts

Hi all,

I'm using an forerunner 965 as my main training Device for cycling. 

Yesterday and today I did some easy rides (133bpm average, my max HR is 200), both around 2 hours long. 

Zones (FTP and HR) are set correctly. 

Somehow yesterday I got a 5.0 as an effect on my aerobic capacity, today 4.7 with the information that the ride was beneficial for tempo efforts. 

Simultaneously, I got a suggested recovery time of 72h. 

Neither from a heart rate nor from a wattage perspective those rides were so demanding and also they were not hitting my tempo zone. 

Might this be due to the fact, that my Garmin account is only 2 weeks old and the device first needs to get used to me and my typical training?

Also, when I look at daily suggested workouts, the watch is asking me to ride my base rides at 43% of my ftp which seems ridiculously low. Threshold rides at 75% which is also very very low. 

What could be the reason for that?
