Setting heart rate zones

So I have a 935 and chest strap. Been researching into the best training for endurance for a while and seem to be getting fed so much conflicting information. I have been doing a lot more zone 2 training, trying to avoid 3 and mix up 4&5. I intially had my HR zones sets to my max HR but recently got my chest  strap and did the lactate threshold test. Now set my zones to lactate threshold and they are completely different... Which is best to work to as now worried my training will be less effective and my zones are completely different....

Any ideas?
