Garmin forerunner 645M won't connect to app

Since last night my Forerunner 645M won't connect to the app. I've followed the advice on the troubleshooting guide. Anything else I can do? Unfortunately I deleted the watch from the app so I can't see when the last update was but my watch is on version 6.60.

    I had the same issue, it happens after every reset and change of the watch itself.
    I try for days to reconnect.

    Now i found an interesting clue, i activated WLAN and Bluetooth on the Phone and connected the Phone via Wifi to the Internet.The Watch was also "known" by the Wifi-Network, because i connected it via Garmin-Express (Mac) first.

    Suddenly the Watch was found in the App via Bluetooth and connected itself.


    Another thing is, that you need to enter the BT-Pairing-Code in the app window, NOT in the Window from the Android-Connector.

  • So the issue fixed itself after a while but has now started again. Is anyone else having the same issue? Was there a new software update?

    I'm getting very annoyed with the poor quality of the 645M
