Bluetooth signal break up during streaming music

Hi here,

Does anyone have this issue happen? I'm using Spotify app and download my workout track onto 245. However, when the music play is will break up and come back every couple seconds. Anyone knows how to fix this? Or should I call a replacement?

There was a Bluetooth update to 3.9 today, maybe that will solve your problem?

Dont have a problem till now, tried some ankers last week and also with the airpods all good...just wish i could skip a track via tipping on the ear..

Hi,

I have the same problem and I realized that this happend only when the bluetooth receiver of the headphone is on the other side than the watch. I wear the watch at the left arm and the receiver of the Headphones is at the rigt side. When I wear the watch at the right side everything is OK . I assume the bluetooth signal of the watch isn´t very strong.
