No response like it is turned off

Hi guys,

My Forerunner 165 sometimes has no response like it is turned off. No touch screen and no physical buttons work for few trials and come back to normal. Any idea to handle this issue?

Users have experienced complete system unresponsiveness, requiring hard reboots.The Steam overlay was causing games to crash or freeze, especially when GPU acceleration was enabled.
