Dear Team,
I am writing to report a display issue with my Garmin Vivosmart 4 device. The screen remains black, although I am still able to monitor my health activities through the Garmin Connect app.
Upon reaching out to the Garmin support team in India, I was informed that the service for this model has been discontinued and consequently, no replacement or upgrade options are available for my existing device.
I would appreciate your guidance or any possible assistance in this matter.
