Vivomove HR doesn't pair and connect with Phone

Vivomove HR doesn't pair and connect with Samsung S7 now. The first day it did. Not anymore.

I followed all the steps on Garmin connect app.

Vivomove HR = with phone.
Samsung Galaxy S7 'see' Vivomove HR but pairing is unsuccessful.

Where is the service station in Pretoria RSA?

Should I send it back to Takelot.com?

did you get any response to THIS? I have an S6 and it will not pair!!! so frustrating

Did you try pairing with another phone to localize better the problem?

Don't have your phone but how I have solved the problem is by a number of different tries.

Turn bluetooth off and on.

Turn Location off and on.

Turn watch off. Note have to have watch on charge to turn it off.

If none then work then software route and add device. The pain is waiting to get the code to enter.

Support can walk toy through if can't figure it out if you don't understand any of the above.

Probably had to do the last one three tonnes in past year.

Thank you. By changing my watch and search and connect from my watch.

I pair and connect via Blue tooth and I could enter the pairing code from watch to phone.
