My Vivomove 3S has an incredibly inaccurate sleep tracker.
It has no idea if I am awake or sleep. I am a bit of an insomniac and am often awake for a few hours after I go to bed. It always says I am in deep sleep during this time. I'm not even always lying still, but tossing and turning quite a lot. Once I do go to sleep, it records that I am mostly in light sleep foe the rest of the night. If I wake up again later in the night, it often doesn't record this. I also often awaken straight from a dream (which generally happens during REM sleep), but the watch will say I was in light sleep. More often than not, it says I have only had less than 5mins of deep sleep for the entire night, even though I wake up refreshed, and that is clearly not the case.
The sleep tracker on this watch is rediculous!
Are all the other metrics B.S. too?
