I have the Vivoactive 4 black with the latest software installed automatically. Running 5.1.
I have had several rounds of golf lately, when no activity is showing afterwards in the Connect app on Android, only a link to the scorecard. Every now and then, however an activity is recorded. I can always see both steps and HR in stats. The GPS is also working on the course all the time and giving correct numbers.
This started after some update. No issues in the beginning.
I've been in touch with the support in Finland and this was completely new for them. I even got a new, refurbished device, but the issue remains with that too. My friend, however, with the same watch (grey), hasn't encountered any issues.
I'm playing 2-5 rounds per week, so this is quite major for me and golf compatibility was one reason to get the VA4.
Any suggestions how to get stuff working again? Thanks!
