This might sound a bit daft, but I need some clarity on how to enter the weights used for a workout. For example, if I do a dumbell bench press using a pair of 10kg bumbells, I tend to enter 10 in my garmin connect app (or the watch). When using a barbell press, if I have 10kg plates on both sides, I enter 10 (instead of the total 20kg). Am I doing it right or should it be entering the total weight used (both sides combined), like in the examples above, 20kg total instead of 10kg per side?
