Hallo : Wie kann ich runtergeladene Apps oder Uhrendisplays oder Musiktitel wieder vom Gerät entfernen?

The Point is, i cant conect my Venu 3 with Garmin Express. Garmin please ma all the time to to conect a device with my PC. But how I can conect my Venu 3 watch with the PC?
