WiFi Password Not Being Accepted During Set-Up

Every time I'll have to change the batteries for the Index Smart Scale this nightmare starts again with the reconnetion. The update of the App on my Iphone doesnt' solve the issue. Does any body have a hint for this problem or does Garmin support take care about it?

Is this the original Index Smart Scale from 2015 or the Index S2 Smart Scale from 2022?

I think it must be much older then that? But to be onest I can't remember when I bought it exactly. After I've tried again to reset the scale did show up a check mark and the scale was registered absolutely correctly. I've no clue how this happend but luckely it happend.
I'm still interested to know how I would have ot behave the next time.
