Like many, many others, I have been stuck in the dreaded "wrench" mode. I had to switch batteries on my one-year-old Index Scale and now it won't pair. Bluetooth says it recognizes the scale, but the app says "device not found." When I turn off bluetooth, the wrench flashes, but the app then says "turn on bluetooth", and when I do, the wrench stops flashing. Garmin itself seems to not care at all about this product as I have had zero luck getting any answers from them, unlike with their watches. Any help appreciated.
