Invalid Activity on Fenix 7 Pro

I went to save my run tonight and it re-booted and then said activity invalid on my Garmin Fenix 7 pro and I thought I corrected the file on Fit Viewer but I'm still getting an "error uploading" in my Garmin connect. I have been at this for hours doing research on how to recover this. Can I share the "fixed" file here and can someone please help me?

Most activity issues can be fixed with FIT File Viewer. But if you’re still having trouble uploading the repaired file, attach the original to this thread so we can see if it’s fixable.

Zip the file, then in your reply go to Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for the file >> OK.
Or, you can upload the FIT file to a trusted file-sharing service like OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox, set it to public, and share the link in your post.
