I am looking for a way to be able to compare my strength trinaings to each other to see how much weigth any reps i did last time. Overally i am looking for a graphical way to easily see my improvements over the time for a certain exercise.
In addition it would be awesome if garmin could propose me exercises for a certain muscle area. So that i can search for lat exercises and garmin is showing me which of the exercises in the list target the said muscle.
