I use an Edge 830 and am a very regular user of the Garmin Connect Webpage, especially the routes feature. Garmin revised that page recently.
I have created a lot of routes in the past. These routes start in different places (at home, at work, in holidays, at friends houses etc). Previously, when I wanted to find a route for a bike tour, I looked for the desired starting point on the map and zoomed in on the map and Garmin showed only the routes that started at this point and routes that started somewhere else disappeared from the result list. This feature is gone. Result: all routes are still displayed in the selection list even when I zoom in. This makes searching for a route extremely impractical.
If I apply the filter (distance, altitude, etc.), only routes that meet the filter criteria are displayed, of course. But also those routes that start at a completely different location are still in the filtered list. With more than 300 routes, this is really annoying because there are more than 1-2 routes that appear in the selection unintentionally. This used to be extremely useful, and now that feature is gone.
Another really bad problem: you can no longer open routes from the filtered list with a right click via "open in new tab" and then compare them specifically and then select a route for the next tour. It is now only possible to make a left click on a route in the list and view it specifically. If you then go back, the filter is completely gone and you start over. Unfortunately, this is completely user-unfriendly and should definitely be corrected.
Last point: the "pass on" function on each individual route is not active at all. What is Garmin doing?
I really hope Garmin realizes what they have done. I am the only one frustrated with this update?
