Hi,
Garmin Coach is game changer for me. It's easy, it's dynamic, you have everythin already in the watch. Extremly happy to have it. However max possible targets are quite poor, currently there is 44min for 10k run. There is no possibility to have more agressive plan.
And now question:
do you know if somehow I can apply garmin coach service for better targets?
is there any place I can download trainings and upload them directly to garminc connect to have them in the watch in my calendar?
